What you will do

• Build and improve products by experimenting, prototyping, and applying an iterative and data-driven approach to validate ideas and learn.
• Solve problems and build products for payers.
• Collaborate effectively with other engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Mentor and support other engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience.
• Take the lead in pushing projects forward and raising the whole team up.

Requirements

• Experience building web products and services, including experience working with front-end technologies (Typescript/JavaScript/React) and you have some experience with Ruby on the back-end.
• Adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
• Have a customer and product-centric mindset, and are excited to deliver features to transform the payer experience.
• Be data-driven and analytical.
• Be enthusiastic about working in a strong culture of rapid experimentation, testing, and peer review.
• Work at the competencies levels expected of a Senior Engineer.
