What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable backend services for product-focused, mission-critical systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience building backend services using Python (or another modern backend language)
• Solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic approach to debugging and refactoring
• Experience with version control, testing practices, and code reviews
• Product-minded with ability to understand real user impact; collaborative communicator
