What you will do

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads to identify high-potential sales opportunities.
  • Engage with HR managers, CEOs, and stakeholders to understand challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Operations to optimize the sales cycle.
  • Use CRM and sales tools like HubSpot and Aircall to track and manage leads.
  • Develop strategies to improve lead qualification and conversion rates.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects through calls, emails, and nurturing activities.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Barcelona, Spain and work onsite.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales development or similar sales roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent proficiency in Italian and professional English (b2 level minimum).
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs such as HubSpot and Aircall.
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or digital sales environments.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and lead qualification frameworks.
  • Advanced analytical skills to monitor and improve sales performance.
