What you will do
- Manage and qualify inbound leads to identify high-potential sales opportunities.
- Engage with HR managers, CEOs, and stakeholders to understand challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Operations to optimize the sales cycle.
- Use CRM and sales tools like HubSpot and Aircall to track and manage leads.
- Develop strategies to improve lead qualification and conversion rates.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects through calls, emails, and nurturing activities.
Requirements
- Must be located in Barcelona, Spain and work onsite.
- 1-2 years experience in sales development or similar sales roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Excellent proficiency in Italian and professional English (b2 level minimum).
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs such as HubSpot and Aircall.
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a startup environment.
