What you will do

• Own and execute the digital go-to-market strategy for hirify.global AI in France.
• Take responsibility for the local website, including content, structure, UX, and conversion optimization.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, and email.
• Localize messaging, value propositions, and content specifically for the French market.
• Drive improvements across the full digital funnel, from first touch to lead or trial conversion.
• Analyze traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, digital media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong marketing allrounder skillset, including website management, performance marketing, content, and analytics.
• Solid understanding of digital KPIs, conversion optimization, and growth funnels.
• Experience working with CMS systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a local market.
• Native-level proficiency in French.
• Fluent English.
