Location: On-site in Warsaw, Poland. All hirify.global employees are required to work from the office five days per week.

What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales targets and bring in new business.
- Conduct outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
- Highly desirable experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
- Proven ability to build relationships and demonstrate a 'hunter' mentality.
- Strong organizational skills to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work five days a week from the office in Warsaw, Poland.
