What you will do
- Develop and implement the Customer Success system.
- Lead and manage the support and community manager team.
- Ensure relationship-focused client management for robo-advising and analytical products.
- Oversee general account management, including agreements, payments, and documentation.
- Manage new client onboarding across all communication channels.
- Provide client support, including first-line technical support, via chat, email, and online conferences.
Requirements
- Proven record of managing a fully remote Customer Success team.
- Hands-on experience in customer support.
- Experience and strong interest in the crypto market and the new economy.
- Fluent English (C1).
- Data-driven decision making.
- Professional understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of different customer management systems.
- Good experience with CRM.
