What you will do

• Develop metrics for Copilot usage and quality and drive product insights and opportunity analysis.
• Design and implement instrumentation and measurement approaches for feature evaluation through A/B experimentation.
• Analyze large volumes of telemetry data using statistical and machine learning algorithms.
• Communicate insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams to influence decisions.
• Navigate roadblocks to deliver iterative improvements rapidly in a fast-paced product development cycle.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near New York with hybrid work expectations.
• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field with corresponding years of data science experience.
• Experience managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques, and reporting results.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or C# for data work.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.

• Experience with prompt engineering and large language models (LLMs).
