What you will do

  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strategic, operational, and creative alignment and cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated social and creative marketing strategies that authentically engage gaming communities.
  • Translate brand and IP goals into data-informed programs across social, community, influencer, creator, and experiential channels.
  • Define and report on OKRs, KPIs, and performance insights, communicating creative impact and measurable ROI.
  • Oversee campaign delivery across budgets, timelines, and contracts, anticipating risks and resolving blockers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, representing hirify.global as a strategic partner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client services within a creative or integrated marketing agency.
  • Strong point of view on strategy and creative, with the ability to assess work, guide teams, and speak clearly to clients.
  • Stays informed on gaming, social, and creator trends and uses that insight to shape recommendations and opportunities.
  • Experience working with major game publishers or platform partners is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in business development, contract negotiation, and financial tracking.
