Location: Fully remote opportunity in the United States, with about 5% travel.
Salary: $115,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Cohere’s clinical content, UM products, and clinical programs to produce data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain analytical and reporting solutions using administrative and clinical health data.
- Identify optimization opportunities through statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with clinical, account management, data science, and engineering partners to refine product features and client support.
- Track cost, utilization, and industry trends to inform stakeholders and optimize clinical value.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in a big-data analytics role.
- Ability to use statistical analysis and modeling tools (such as SQL and Python) to extract insights from complex healthcare data, interpret trends, and derive actionable recommendations.
- Experience developing dashboards and self-service business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
- Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, clinical workflows, and experience with large data sets including medical claims, pharmacy, and eligibility data.
- Experience interfacing with internal and external business stakeholders on the development and readout of client and program specific KPIs.
- Experience owning complex projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, setting goals, and meeting deadlines for multiple ongoing projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or quantitative discipline such as Epidemiology, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Health Informatics, or Public Health.
