What you will do

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Cohere’s clinical content, UM products, and clinical programs to produce data-driven insights.
• Build and maintain analytical and reporting solutions using administrative and clinical health data.
• Identify optimization opportunities through statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with clinical, account management, data science, and engineering partners to refine product features and client support.
• Track cost, utilization, and industry trends to inform stakeholders and optimize clinical value.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in a big-data analytics role.
• Ability to use statistical analysis and modeling tools (such as SQL and Python) to extract insights from complex healthcare data, interpret trends, and derive actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing dashboards and self-service business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
• Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, clinical workflows, and experience with large data sets including medical claims, pharmacy, and eligibility data.
• Experience interfacing with internal and external business stakeholders on the development and readout of client and program specific KPIs.
• Experience owning complex projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, setting goals, and meeting deadlines for multiple ongoing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or quantitative discipline such as Epidemiology, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Health Informatics, or Public Health.
