What you will do

• Define and own multi-year technical vision and architecture for hirify.global's foundational platform spanning accounts, billing, data, governance, and infrastructure.
• Lead large cross-company technical programs and drive architectural decisions impacting multiple engineering organizations.
• Architect billing and monetization platforms supporting complex pricing models and enterprise requirements.
• Design identity and access control systems serving millions of users with enterprise governance and compliance.
• Develop data platform architecture for real-time analytics and operational needs.
• Establish infrastructure standards enabling rapid deployment, observability, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Must have 15+ years of software engineering experience with expertise across multiple platform domains.
• Proven experience architecting large-scale distributed systems serving millions of users and enterprise customers.
• Deep knowledge in identity/access management, billing platforms, data platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern infrastructure patterns like Kubernetes.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to influence technical strategy and mentor senior engineers.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in developer tools, infrastructure software, or B2B SaaS at scale.
• Background with hirify.global, Kubernetes, container technologies, and billing platform design.
• Knowledge of FinOps and infrastructure cost optimization.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
