• Develop social brand and communications strategies for a portfolio of clients.
• Act as a key consultant integrating planning functions within partner agencies.
• Provide inspiration from social and digital streams to inform strategies and creative content.
• Create actionable audience personas and clear strategic directions using various tools.
• Stay current with social trends and popular culture to innovate strategic and creative work.
• Drive measurement and ensure effectiveness of digital and social communications.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategist/digital planning roles, agency experience required.
• Proficient in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Deep understanding of Portuguese culture and market dynamics.
• Extensive knowledge of social media, brand growth strategies, and consumer insights.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
