- Partner with Sales leadership to drive strategy, optimize processes, and plan capacity
- Advise on sales compensation, sales programs, SPIFFs, and administer policies
- Drive adoption and standardization of processes and tools with an AI-first approach
- Define and report KPIs to improve sales performance
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to optimize lead follow-up and top of funnel ROI
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of direct experience in B2B SaaS Sales/Revenue Operations supporting BDR/SDR motion
- 2 years experience working with Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with leadership
Nice to have
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of sales/GTM tools like Hubspot, Gong, Outreach
- French language proficiency
