Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco, must be based in the United States

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive strategy, optimize processes, and plan capacity
  • Advise on sales compensation, sales programs, SPIFFs, and administer policies
  • Drive adoption and standardization of processes and tools with an AI-first approach
  • Define and report KPIs to improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to optimize lead follow-up and top of funnel ROI

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of direct experience in B2B SaaS Sales/Revenue Operations supporting BDR/SDR motion
  • 2 years experience working with Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with leadership

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Knowledge of sales/GTM tools like Hubspot, Gong, Outreach
  • French language proficiency
