What you will do

• Serve as the end-to-end owner of a new AI business line, driving its growth and ensuring P&L success.
• Develop and execute market positioning, strategy, and offerings for AI solutions.
• Achieve product-market fit by building and testing new offerings with clients, iterating based on feedback.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Establish robust analytics and feedback loops for continuous strategy refinement.
• Scale AI initiatives and integrate solutions across client organizations to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience driving and managing a business.
• 3+ years managing a business specifically with P&L ownership.
• Experience working in a professional services organization or hyper-growth technology company.
• Demonstrated success in building and launching a new business or product offering from scratch.
• Strong commercial acumen and command over P&L and financial metrics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Management consulting experience at a top-tier firm or investment banking experience.
• Experience with marketing technology and automation.
