Senior Customer Success Manager (HRTech)

Senior Customer Success Manager (HRTech): Working alongside clients to ensure they achieve goals and value from recruitment technology solutions with an accent on understanding processes, coordinating teams, and driving adoption. Focus on developing deep client relationships, analyzing data for improvements, and sharing insights with product teams.

Location: 100% remote work. Must live in Mexico with a current CURP.

What you will do

• Work closely with clients to understand their processes and needs.
• Coordinate professional services and data science teams to meet client needs.
• Analyze client data to identify improvements in their experience.
• Share client feedback and insights with the product team.
• Build strong relationships with key client decision-makers.
• Drive incremental sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 or higher).
• A bachelor’s degree or engineering degree completed.
• At least 3 years of work experience in B2B client success.
• Experience with AI tool adoption.
• Enough customer-facing experience and presence to influence senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and persuasion skills.
• Must live in Mexico with a current CURP.

Nice to have

• Experience working at a startup, fast-growing tech company, or consultancy.
• Experience in managing technology projects (e.g., as Product Owner or Scrum Master).
