What you will do
- Lead a presales organization to drive confident customer adoption of hirify.global's content stack.
- Set the presales strategy and engage in high-impact opportunities from discovery through close.
- Coach the team on running value-oriented technical cycles, identifying problems and showing paths to success with hirify.global.
- Hire, develop, and retain a top-tier Solutions Engineering team credible with various stakeholders.
- Define and refine core presales motions like tailored demos, POVs, security, and architecture reviews.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, R&D, and Marketing to influence roadmap and enablement.
Requirements
- Experience leading Solutions Engineering / Presales teams in B2B SaaS, ideally with developer-facing or platform products.
- Strong technical foundation, comfortable discussing APIs, data models, front-end frameworks, integrations, and modern architecture patterns.
- Experience using AI-based tools to accelerate customer discovery and POV/POC creation.
- Track record of improving revenue outcomes through coaching, process design, and deal leadership.
- Clear, inclusive communicator able to adapt from technical detail to executive-level value narratives.
- Ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments while keeping customer needs central.
- Collaborative leadership style with high integrity and a bias toward enabling others.
Nice to have
- Experience selling composable, headless, or structured content platforms, specifically CMSs.
- Familiarity with content workflows, editorial tooling, or digital experience stacks.
- Experience influencing product direction through customer insight and presales learnings.
