What you will do

• Own and drive end-to-end regional GTM strategy and execution, from pipeline generation to renewals and expansion, ensuring tight alignment with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product.
• Translate company growth objectives into clear local plans, driving consistent overperformance through strong operating cadence, forecasting, and performance management.
• Lead AI-driven growth by making hirify.global’s AI Product Suite a central pillar of the local GTM motion, ensuring teams can sell business outcomes and identify new expansion levers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product to influence roadmap priorities, with Marketing to drive demand generation, and develop Partnerships as a strategic growth lever.
• Lead, coach, and develop GTM teams across the region, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and accountability, while attracting and retaining top talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an end-to-end GTM leadership role, with full accountability across pipeline generation, sales, and account management.
• A hands-on, execution-driven leader who combines strategic clarity with operational rigor.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and consistently achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Experience in leading AI-driven growth initiatives and enabling teams to sell AI-driven value.
• Strong capabilities in cross-functional collaboration and partnership development.
