What you will do

• Partner with stakeholder groups to create effective hiring strategies for current or forecasted vacancies.
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for roles at all levels within the assigned region.
• Apply creative sourcing techniques to ensure account growth and success.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing methodologies.
• Provide high-touch relationship management and responsiveness to both clients and candidates.

• Proven experience in senior talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Strong process skills and a consultative approach to partnering with stakeholders.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing and recruitment process effectiveness.
• Must be able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Ability to recruit for roles across all seniority levels.
