What you will do
- Lead point of contact for enterprise customers, developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute customer success strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage complex customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and identify process improvements.
- Drive account expansion through up-sell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on account health metrics.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or able to work remotely from the US.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 6+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS, managed services, or cloud.
- 5+ years of SAP, ERP, or similar industry experience managing medium to large accounts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders.
- Experience with ITIL and Agile frameworks, project management methodologies.
