What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact and advocate for enterprise accounts ensuring contract and SLA fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to align on customer opportunities and risk mitigation.
  • Build and maintain relationships across all customer organization levels.
  • Drive ROI by understanding customer business goals and leveraging hirify.global products.
  • Coordinate projects and resolve technical challenges within SLA targets.
  • Lead escalations, provide coaching, and recommend product/service improvements.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management or related field.
  • 10+ years in customer account relationship management with 5+ years in enterprise account management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud-based Software, and Security.
  • Ability to work in matrix environments and handle customer issues under pressure.
