What you will do
- Serve as primary contact and advocate for enterprise accounts ensuring contract and SLA fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to align on customer opportunities and risk mitigation.
- Build and maintain relationships across all customer organization levels.
- Drive ROI by understanding customer business goals and leveraging hirify.global products.
- Coordinate projects and resolve technical challenges within SLA targets.
- Lead escalations, provide coaching, and recommend product/service improvements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management or related field.
- 10+ years in customer account relationship management with 5+ years in enterprise account management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level and operational stakeholders.
- Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud-based Software, and Security.
- Ability to work in matrix environments and handle customer issues under pressure.
