What you will do

• Leverage advanced data analytics to optimize credit strategies across products and geographies.
• Partner with Engineering to design and build scalable risk models and credit risk capabilities.
• Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends to adjust underwriting and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to align credit policies with evolving regulations.
• Engage external stakeholders to ensure compliance and strengthen partnerships.
• Mentor and manage a team of credit analysts, overseeing resources and priorities.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Netherlands and able to work remotely within the country.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field with 3+ years senior-level experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, data mining, visualization, and statistical modeling.
• Experience applying machine learning techniques to credit risk management.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations and credit policy.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor analytical teams.
