About the Role

You will own end-to-end analytics products and models used to detect, prevent, and mitigate cryptocurrency fraud and financial crime. You will design and implement statistical analyses, algorithms, and interactive visualizations for complex blockchain and transactional data. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and customers to translate challenges into actionable products, communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and establish statistical rigor and best practices. You will mentor colleagues, support rapid MVP delivery, and participate in an analytics on-call rotation when needed.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Physics); advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in an analytical role
• Experience building scalable data and analytics products from design to deployment
• Proven programming experience (Python preferred); familiarity with git, notebooks, and testing
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Strong statistical thinking and analytics toolbox
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High tolerance for ambiguity and outcome-oriented work style
