What you will do

• Design simple, inclusive, and accessible experiences for web and native mobile platforms.
• Understand platform conventions and apply appropriate mobile patterns.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design based on customer needs and research.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to shape problem definitions and explore design options.
• Leverage the Fuse design system and balance customer value, usability, and feasibility.
• Participate in discovery, define hypotheses, and use data to iterate and improve experiences.

Requirements

• Experience designing for both responsive web and native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android).
• Familiarity with product design tools like Figma and prototyping software.
• Solid grasp of UX and interaction design fundamentals.
• Exposure to agile product teams and iterative development processes.
• Enthusiasm for accessibility and inclusive design.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
