What you will do

• Design and implement new relevance metrics to improve local search quality.
• Develop and optimize labeling pipelines for large and small language models.
• Engineer and fine-tune prompts to enhance query understanding and classification.
• Apply modern LLM techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation.
• Build scalable workflows and dashboards for measurement and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems into production.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Barcelona, Spain with onsite work expectations.
• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience managing structured and unstructured data and applying statistical techniques.
• Customer-facing, project delivery, or consulting experience.
• Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check and security screenings.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
