What you will do
- Own and evolve Operations strategy and lead execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with COO and senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs with clear outcomes.
- Oversee initiatives including international expansion, federal programs, and large-scale infrastructure efforts.
- Build and scale a high-performing strategic programs organization.
- Drive operational visibility through reporting, metrics, and execution discipline.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. person eligible to access export controlled information.
- Must be based in the United States (New York, Bellevue, Sunnyvale, Livingston) or willing to work hybrid with occasional remote if >30 miles from office.
- 15+ years experience in strategy, operations, or program leadership in infrastructure, cloud, data center, or high-growth tech environments.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and building strategic programs functions.
- Strong analytical, operational planning, and executive leadership collaboration skills.

- Exposure to federal, regulated, or government-adjacent programs.
