What you will do

• Own and evolve Operations strategy and lead execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with COO and senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs with clear outcomes.
• Oversee initiatives including international expansion, federal programs, and large-scale infrastructure efforts.
• Build and scale a high-performing strategic programs organization.
• Drive operational visibility through reporting, metrics, and execution discipline.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person eligible to access export controlled information.
• Must be based in the United States (New York, Bellevue, Sunnyvale, Livingston) or willing to work hybrid with occasional remote if >30 miles from office.
• 15+ years experience in strategy, operations, or program leadership in infrastructure, cloud, data center, or high-growth tech environments.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and building strategic programs functions.
• Strong analytical, operational planning, and executive leadership collaboration skills.

• Experience with international expansion or global infrastructure programs.
• Exposure to federal, regulated, or government-adjacent programs.
