Location: Hybrid, New York Office

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 a year (base, not including annual bonus, equity, and other benefits)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow the Forward Deployed Engineering team from 3 to 7–8 FDEs by H1 ‘26.
• Stay closely involved in active customer engagements, providing technical guidance and solution direction.
• Drive strong AI Agents go-to-market execution with disciplined operating practices.
• Pilot the team using data-backed operating models, defining and tracking KPIs for performance.
• Guide the design and delivery of scalable AI Agent deployments, including integrations with CRMs and help desks.
• Represent field execution and customer needs in close partnership with Product and Engineering, influencing roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or professional services, with prior people-management experience.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with former founder experience.
• Strong technical foundation, including hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and data-driven systems.
• Ability to code in at least one language (e.g., Python or JavaScript).
• Demonstrated ability to lead execution in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience working within overlay or specialist GTM models.
• Strong interest in AI and applied automation; prior experience in AI is a significant plus.
