What you will do
- Convert product strategies into actionable initiatives (briefs, requirements, milestones, expectations, prioritized backlogs).
- Distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messages that inspire confidence and investment into the product vision.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and awareness through documentation, presentations, training, and support materials.
- Drive adoption of the platform with iterative solutions and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Manager serving marketing, design, or community management functions.
- Practical experience shaping or improving web applications, mobile apps, or CMS-driven experiences within a product team.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver user-facing features from discovery through launch in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to evaluate tradeoffs across user needs, technical constraints, and business goals using quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Experience discussing technical concepts with engineers and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, constraints, and opportunities.

- Avid gamer with a passion for hirify.global titles.
- Managed assets and ecosystems via CMS / DAM platforms (e.g., Contentful, AEM, headless CMS).
- Leveraged tools like Figma and Storybook to manage component libraries, ensure consistency, and support scalable design.
- Generated user insights from web analytics and A/B testing tools (Optimizely, GA, Mixpanel).
- Experience delivering quantifiable improvements in product engagement or conversion through backend web technologies.
- Certification (CSPO or similar) demonstrating applied knowledge of Agile product practices.
- Experience building features with 1M+ monthly active users.
