What you will do
- Act as the voice of the country within the global product organization to represent local needs and insights.
- Gather local user feedback, market insights, and regulatory input to inform product discovery and development.
- Define and create Country-Specific Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and contribute to business cases.
- Provide clarification and detailed requirements to global development teams.
- Support test planning and coordinate or validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure alignment on feature launches, prepare training materials, and support post-release measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3–4 years of experience in product management or similar roles.
- Proven experience working in agile product environments with familiarity in tools like Jira and Confluence, and frameworks like SAFe or Scrum.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and functional documentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-cultural and remote teams.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS B2B/B2B2C products or fintech.
- Experience in research and UX.
