What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of Enterprise Application Engineers including hiring and career development.
• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for enterprise application and integration architecture.
• Manage Google Workspace and Atlassian ecosystems, designing complex workflows and enforcing policies.
• Architect and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) including centralized Identity Provider and RBAC policies.
• Build and maintain automated workflows and integrations between core business systems ensuring data reliability.
• Partner with business leaders and manage vendor relationships to maximize technology ROI.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years in Enterprise Systems or Application Engineering with focus on automation and integration.
• 3+ years in people management or technical lead role.
• Deep experience with Google Workspace, Atlassian stack, Okta or similar IdP, and Microsoft Active Directory in large-scale environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with REST APIs, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and building integrations.
