What you will do
- Design and deliver idiomatic Kotlin solutions for backend services and APIs
- Collaborate in design forums with stakeholders across the business
- Mentor and coach engineering team members
- Support scaling and tuning of existing services
- Contribute to new product launches and service expansions, including US market support
Requirements
- Strong commercial Kotlin experience
- Ability to write clean, simple code and comprehensive automated tests
- Experience with relational databases; NoSQL is a plus
- Understanding of complex financial business domains
- Mentorship and coaching skills
- English proficiency at least B2 level
Nice to have
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Experience with Kanban agile methodology
