What you will do

  • Own and lead full design cycles for features or product areas, participating in design reviews and working sessions.
  • Design holistic systems, flows, and interfaces with UX expertise and design systems knowledge.
  • Use research and data insights to inform design decisions balancing usability and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align on user needs.
  • Proactively explore and integrate AI and emerging technologies into design approaches.
  • Contribute positively to team culture and be open to feedback and learning.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
  • Clear communication skills to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively.
  • Solid visual design skills and attention to detail with a drive to refine craft.
  • Experience designing for digital and physical products including responsive web and native applications.
  • Curiosity to learn and adopt new tools, including AI to enhance user experience and design process.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Google Suite, and JIRA.
