What you will do
- Drive expansion revenue by executing targeted growth strategies and managing the full sales cycle for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead AI-driven upsell and cross-sell motions by positioning hirify.global’ AI and cloud capabilities and translating AI use cases into business value.
- Identify and open new buying centers by mapping customer organizations and engaging additional lines of business.
- Build strategic CX visions and secure executive alignment for multi-year roadmaps and value realization plans.
- Maintain comprehensive account plans and collaborate cross-functionally with partners, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Strengthen customer relationships and advocacy by serving as a trusted advisor and guiding customers through their CX and AI maturity journey.
Requirements
- Up to 10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in CX, AI, CRM, BPM, cloud, or digital transformation.
- Proven success expanding enterprise accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
- Solid understanding of AI-powered solutions and the ability to articulate AI-driven business value.
- Skilled at identifying new buying centers and building multi-threaded customer relationships.
- Ability to craft and communicate a holistic CX vision aligned to customer strategy.
- Executive presence with strong storytelling and consultative communication skills.
- Must be based in Switzerland for Banking and Public sectors.
