What you will do

• Lead an Application Delivery/Load Balancing team.
• Optimize network security and performance under direction from the Security Section Manager.
• Collaborate with Operations and Architecture Sections for comprehensive security integration across NIH networks.
• Supervise team goals for load balancing, network monitoring, and optimization activities.
• Monitor real-time performance and availability of applications and servers.
• Configure load balancers and Application Delivery Controllers (ADCs) to adjust network traffic.
• Contribute domain knowledge towards System Accreditation and Authorization documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's with 8+ years of IT engineering experience.
• Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance.
