Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or work within US pay zones.
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience focused on backend systems.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience building and operating large-scale, production-grade systems.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners across engineering, product, and finance domains.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.
