• Organize and oversee daily operations to ensure business coordination and productivity.
• Manage procedures and coach teams to deliver daily results and support company growth.
• Plan and discover efficient ways to run the business and improve operational systems.
• Act as liaison with CEO for operational activities and strategic goal setting.
• Track employee progress, measure success, and motivate staff effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent.
• Experience in the tech industry and understanding of its nuances.
• Knowledge of legal rules, diverse business functions, and principles (supply chain, finance, customer service).
• Familiarity with MS Office, ERP, CRM, and Teams.
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
