What you will do

• Organize and oversee the daily operations of the company.
• Ensure that the business is well-coordinated and productive.
• Manage procedures and coach the team to deliver daily results and grow the company.
• Liaise with the CEO for operational activities and setting strategic goals.
• Create and improve systems, track employee progress, and measure success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Director of Operations or equivalent position.
• Knowledge of the tech industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service etc.).
• Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM), including Teams.
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
