What you will do
- Lead transversal operations for Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Support, and Finance teams across US and LatAm markets.
- Ensure strong coordination and alignment between local teams in Mexico and their respective disciplinary leaders in HQ (Spain).
- Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end operational processes, adapting them to specific market needs and constraints.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and misalignments between teams, and actively drive solutions.
- Translate global operational frameworks into practical, locally relevant execution.
- Work closely with the Global Operations Director and CFO to define priorities, track performance, and support scaling efforts.
Requirements
- Strong background in Operations, Business, or Engineering, ideally in fast-growing or complex organizations.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams in an international context.
- High comfort operating in a transversal leadership role, influencing without direct disciplinary ownership.
- Strong process mindset, with the ability to both design systems and dive into execution details.
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline processes.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Office relocation to CDMX is required.
