What you will do

• Design and build self-service infrastructure and developer tooling to accelerate delivery and reduce complexity.
• Refine CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to enable autonomous service operation for engineering teams.
• Enhance the observability stack using tools such as CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Grafana to improve system transparency.
• Implement resiliency and reliability best practices to ensure platform stability and minimize single points of failure.
• Collaborate with Information and Cyber Security teams to embed security best practices into infrastructure and automation.
• Partner with Product Engineering teams to identify pain points and proactively improve platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud platforms and building services focused on developer enablement.
• Strong proficiency in IaC concepts and language-agnostic automation skills.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms and core containerization concepts.
• Proven experience designing and implementing reliable CI/CD pipelines with an emphasis on deployment automation.
• Knowledge of observability, logging, and monitoring best practices.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK.
