What you will do

• Lead credit strategy design and implementation balancing risk and reward aligned with company risk appetite.
• Conduct deep analysis of emerging risks and opportunities, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Drive credit risk monitoring, reporting, and portfolio performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analytics, underwriting, and product teams to implement credit strategy changes.
• Support credit risk forecasting and IFRS9 impairment calculations and model reviews.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years in credit risk or lending strategy roles with 3 years in leadership.
• Experience in commercial lending, mortgages, asset finance, and SME credit products.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; knowledge of GCP and Looker is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• Ability to work in hybrid setup based in London.
