What you will do
- Increase revenue opportunities with new and existing accounts in collaboration with sales and client success teams.
- Support solutions discovery for technical, functional, and value propositions of retailer and brand solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proofs-of-concept, and product demonstrations remotely and in person.
- Evaluate client business goals and data integration requirements, recommending effective strategies.
- Communicate market feedback to product management and services for future development.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth handoff to service teams with documented goals and requirements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom with remote work option.
- 2+ years pre-sales experience in ecommerce supporting high volume transactional applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on discovery, positioning, and closing techniques.
- Experience with data transformation/exchange and adapting to new software tools.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, etc.
- Retail media and digital marketing experience.
- Technical knowledge of API integrations (REST & SOAP).
