What you will do

• Increase revenue opportunities with new and existing accounts in collaboration with sales and client success teams.
• Support solutions discovery for technical, functional, and value propositions of retailer and brand solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proofs-of-concept, and product demonstrations remotely and in person.
• Evaluate client business goals and data integration requirements to recommend effective strategies.
• Communicate market feedback to product management for future developments.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth handoff to service teams with documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Remote within the United Kingdom
• 2+ years pre-sales experience in ecommerce supporting high-volume transactional applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on discovery, positioning, and closing techniques.
• Experience with data transformation and exchange in technical environments.
• Proficiency in adapting to new software tools and environments.
• Technical knowledge of API integrations (REST & SOAP) preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Understanding of marketplaces and webstores such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, BigCommerce, Shopify.
• Retail media and digital marketing experience.
• History working with large retail clients and brand manufacturers.
