What you will do

• Lead and develop a small partnerships team with clear objectives and operating cadence.
• Manage a prioritized portfolio of strategic partners, fostering executive-level relationships.
• Define and execute repeatable partnership models to drive value and scale.
• Drive revenue growth through lead generation, client retention, and partnership performance tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to align partner strategies.
• Stay informed on industry trends to inform product roadmap and strategic direction.

Requirements

• Must be located in New York City or London and able to work onsite.

• 5+ years experience in partnerships or business development, preferably with media platforms and ad tech.
• Experience working with marketing, branding, or advertising teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising platforms.
• SaaS and startup experience.
