What you will do

• Provide expert consultative advisory on fraud and financial crime to sales and customer success teams.
• Engage senior fraud and risk leaders to understand challenges and propose hirify.global platform solutions.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership content including articles, webinars, and presentations.
• Represent hirify.global at industry and executive events, clearly communicating complex concepts.
• Identify emerging customer challenges and collaborate with Product team on use case innovation.
• Support deal qualification with technical oversight, ROI modeling, and risk quantification.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years experience in fraud and financial crime roles within financial services or fraud technology providers.
• 3+ years consultative engagement experience at executive level.
• Strong domain expertise in fraud, financial crime, and cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or quantitative discipline.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to evangelize solutions.
• Proven ability to build business cases and quantify ROI for customers.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering thought leadership content and driving revenue growth through advisory support.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and digital identity technologies.
• Advanced certifications such as CFE, CISSP, or ACAMS.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like AML, KYC, and data privacy laws.
• Multilingual abilities and cross-cultural experience.
