What you will do

• Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives in your territory.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with cloud ecosystems and third-party applications.
• Act as a trusted advisor and expert solution architect for data analytics architecture and adoption of the hirify.global platform.
• Contribute to technical community engagement by developing customer-facing collateral and leading workshops and seminars.
• Continue development in technical specialization, industry thought leadership, strategic vision, or people management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Sydney, Australia
• Experience in complex customer interactions and technical pre-sales lifecycle.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Prior coding experience in Python, Java, or Scala and willingness to learn Spark.
• Hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms.
• Ability to provide technical solutions for specialized customer needs in a competitive landscape.
