What you will do

• Collaborate with Risk Business Partners to develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to measure first-line control performance.
• Design and implement alerting systems to detect risk regressions and anomalies.
• Create metrics and visualizations to identify priorities and opportunities for action.
• Partner with product teams to measure potential product risks during experimentation and launch.
• Develop experimentable risk metrics and proxies to streamline risk outcome measurement.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of post-graduate industry experience in product data science roles.
• Demonstrated experience building metrics, dashboards, and monitoring systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Solid understanding of probability and statistics, including A/B test design.
• Experience with git and data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Past experience in Fintech and/or trust & safety.
• Experience leveraging LLMs and engineering prompts.
• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
