Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Salary: $148,600–$237,400 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC. Other listed states have a range of $141,200–$225,600 annually. Equity awards may also be available.

What you will do

• Own analytics for broker data products and go-to-market initiatives, establishing durable methodology and metric standards.
• Deliver end-to-end measurement and data science projects from problem framing and methodology design through validation and productionization.
• Design broker-level success metrics and causal inference frameworks, including matching and difference-in-differences.
• Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams on measurement roadmaps and data product development.
• Conduct analytical deep dives and opportunity sizing, communicating recommendations, trade-offs, assumptions, and impact to senior leadership.
• Build scalable analytical pipelines, scheduled jobs, reusable data products, and rigorous value narratives for partners and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in statistics, causal inference, experimentation, and durable metric design.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, including complex query logic and work with large datasets.
• Experience with product analytics, measurement, experimentation, clickstream analysis, and segmentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be located in the United States for remote employment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in statistics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience with B2B products, business strategy, predictive ML models, or analytics platform development.
• Experience with Spark, Databricks, scheduled data jobs, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
