What you will do
- Hire and manage a motivated and diverse sales team in Japan
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings to build relationships
- Provide continual training, mentorship, and career development for team members
- Develop and refine sales processes and initiatives
- Conduct interviews and onboard new team members as the business scales
- Deliver weekly forecast meetings and mentor Account Executives to exceed goals
Requirements
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan and work onsite
- Fluency in Japanese and English required
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- 2+ years of management experience leading sales teams
- Proven track record in a technical and competitive sales environment
Nice to have
- Additional management experience within SaaS companies
- Experience using hirify.global or UX/UI design knowledge
- Familiarity with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodologies
