Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Leading the identification and documentation of CRM solutions for clients, focusing on requirements analysis, solution design, and system configuration. What you will do
- Lead clients through thorough requirements analysis and develop new best practice business processes.
- Create gap analyses and collaborate with project teams to present solutions.
- Configure Power Apps Dynamics 365-based solutions and Altai Web Portal components.
- Leverage Power Automate for business logic, perform testing, and respond to client requests.
- Provide training to clients on product setup and usage.
- Mentor newer Consultants and maintain accurate time and task tracking.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and configuring business solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- 3+ years conducting thorough discovery and gap analysis engagements.
- 3+ years creating detailed business documentation to support planned CRM implementations.
- Power Platform development experience including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Dataverse, Power BI, Power Automate, and Common Data Service administration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
