TL;DR

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant (ERP/CRM): Leading identification and documentation of CRM solutions for clients with an accent on requirements analysis, business process development, and system configuration. Focus on translating business needs into technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps ecosystem and ensuring successful client implementations.

Location: Remote (US), with occasional travel to client sites (typically 2-3 times per year for 1-3 days). Must be available to work 8am – 6pm ET and be available on camera for client-facing meetings.

What you will do

• Conduct client research and thorough requirements analysis to understand business needs.
• Lead discovery sessions to develop new best practice business processes.
• Create detailed business process specifications, user stories, use cases, and test criteria.
• Configure Power Apps Dynamics 365-based solutions and Altai Web Portal components.
• Leverage Power Automate to configure and implement business logic.
• Perform thorough testing within client environments and provide client training on product setup and usage.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to newer consultants.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and configuring business solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
• 3+ years conducting thorough discovery and gap analysis engagements.
• 3+ years creating detailed business documentation to support planned CRM implementations.
• Power Platform development experience including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Dataverse, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and complex tasks simultaneously.
