Salary: Up to $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain custom C#/.NET plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, training, and documentation for internal users.
• Monitor system health and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with business teams and consultants to align CRM functionality with operational needs.
• Manage support tickets and proactively resolve system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Expertise in custom apps, system troubleshooting, and technical architecture.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, Power Automate, and D365 entities/workflows.
• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship and C2C arrangements are not available.
