What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate in agile sprints including planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 components like entities, workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and security.
• Create, manage, and deploy Managed/Unmanaged solutions across environments using ALM processes.
• Support integrations with systems like Power BI, ERP, and APIs using tools like XrmToolBox.
• Identify improvements for performance, usability, data quality, and provide consultative guidance on solutions.

Requirements

• Experience administering and developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, including configuration and customization.
• Hands-on with Managed/Unmanaged solutions and promoting changes across environments.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security model: roles, teams, business units, permissions.
• Experience supporting integrations with enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Consultative experience with ambiguous requirements in implementation phases.

• Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
• JavaScript customization and C# plugins for Dynamics 365.
• Azure services: Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus.
• OAuth, Azure Active Directory authentication.
