What you will do

• Implement D365 BC SaaS for clients in the Engineer to Order (ETO) manufacturing vertical.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in functional areas and specific industries.
• Execute and deliver Design Workshops and User Acceptance Workshops.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and respond to project issues and risks.
• Communicate project updates and status to management.
• Suggest improvements for internal methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an Engineer to Order (ETO) manufacturing company working with operational processes.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, D365 BC, or other industry-specific manufacturing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (based on company benefits and pay transparency laws).
