What you will do
- Drive operational performance of accounts to reduce service credits and improve customer outcomes.
- Provide internal and customer-facing performance reports and data-driven insights.
- Manage customer relationships and support account strategy delivery.
- Handle contract changes and impact assessments with contract management.
- Support revenue forecasting, billing assurance, and debt management with finance.
- Act as escalation point for service issues and deliver service improvement plans.
Requirements
- Location: Must be within commutable distance to Winchester or London, UK
- Substantial experience in customer success management or related field.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex customer relationships.
