What you will do

• Define and execute global Data Operations strategy and scalable operating models across regions and business lines.
• Lead transformation initiatives including automation, simplification, and modernization of the data supply chain.
• Set and govern SLAs for data capture, curation, quality monitoring, and customer delivery.
• Oversee production operations for data ingestion, matching/entity resolution, enrichment, and publication pipelines on cloud platforms.
• Manage vendor and partner operations ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable data sourcing and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), security standards, and mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Jacksonville, Florida, United States.
• 15+ years experience in data operations or related fields with 10+ years leading large global teams.
• Proven expertise in managing mission-critical data pipelines, SLAs, incident response, and cost governance.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure), data quality operations, and automation tooling.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence C-suite.
• Deep understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance in multi-jurisdictional environments.
